Request for quote to replace hot water tank. The person did not show up for appointment window 10-12. Called the office and was told (by text) that he would be there in an hour. (1pm) After another 1.5 hours called the office again and left a second message that he has not arrived. No return call or text. Peerless Plumbing (Port St Lucie) is a two star because they did seem knowledgeable about tank replacement. But unfortunately, I could not see any action in replacing the tank. Addendum: Technician called the next day to try to set up another appointment. That did not help very much since I had waited the entire afternoon the day before.

I had a 911 situation with mother’s kitchen sink drainage. I live in Tampa and my mom in Port Saint Lucie and Kara the receptions was very nice and communication was beyond what I imagined. She was AWESOME!! And the worker Todd or Tod was so awesome as well. Took care of the job and communicated with me from step to step. I’m so satisfied and no longer worried about my mom and her kitchen sink is draining properly now. Superb work ethic and knowledge. George visited our house several times to install new toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, under-sink water purification systems, and a work sink in the laundry room. All done exceptionally well. Punctual, professional, and very personable. I will definitely use George and his company again.

I had an exterior water faucet replaced by Peerless. George A, the serviceman showed up on time, gave me an estimate and did the work and was finished within an hour or less. Great customer service and quality of work!

This review is updated. I left a one star review before because I was being completely ignored by the company regarding a problem with a water heater they installed. They got in touch with me right away. I feel badly that it came to that, but it did result in me being contacted by the owner and he sent his brother out to deal with the problem. Couple of good guys working with an administration that is either incompetent or lazy. Maybe both! Anyway, thanks Joe and Jim.

Showed up on time, did excellent professional workmanship, and at a fair and reasonable price. They also were very courteous, and left the work area spotless. If you are thinking about hiring a plumber, these guys get my recommendation!
